FUNDRAISER BENEFIT CONCERT FOR UGANDA based Non-profit Org "ARH"
On Jun 17 2023, co-founders Nishka Rao and Rishma Rao organized a Fundraiser Benefit music concert under the auspices of their brainchild organization Melodyforcharity.org to raise charity for ARH (Action for Reproductive Health – https://arhtogether.org/ ) a Uganda based Non-profit organization. ARH is dedicated to the improvement of reproductive and maternal health in rural Uganda. ARH’s goal is also to strengthen and sustain the ability of Uganda’s public and private health providers and health workers, as well as the local communities themselves, to meet the reproductive, maternal and child health needs of the country.
While being the key performers of this musical charity event, Nishka and Rishma also enlisted the help of other talented fellow musicians and presented an evening filled with a medley of truly entertaining and brilliant musical performances including solos , duets, harmonies, musical ensembles, musical theater pieces and instrumental music. The performers kept the audience and donors engaged, gratified and indebted to the social cause of this fundraiser event.
Executive Director of ARH, Ms. Francoise Riisa Kauzya gave a detailed run through of ARH , its inception, its vision, objectives and intiatives .
Through this event, MelodyForCharity.org was able to garner a total donation of $3000 towards assisting with the social causes of “ARH”
